Acclaim Housing Group – formed in December 2007 and are based in Scholes Mill at Tansley, just outside Matlock in the picturesque Derbyshire Dales.

They own and manage over 5,000 homes in the Derbyshire and Leicestershire areas, through our subsidiaries Dales Housing and Seven Locks Housing.
