As an experienced developer and manager of extra-care housing for older people, Lace Housing started its most ambitious project yet in ’09 to build 48 apartments with a build cost of around £4.6 million.

The scheme, in a prominent location in Grantham, responds to the significant needs of an ageing population identified in Lincolnshire. It seals Lace’s expertise as a supported housing provider following similar successful projects in Lincoln and Bourne.
