Moorland Rd, Hathersage

These two family homes were built by Dales Housing in the Peak District National Park to exacting design standards. The properties were developed to meet the needs of local people in an area of high property values.

Developed on a former garage court by a small, local builder, the buildings use stone sourced from a specified quarry to closely meet the village vernacular.
