Blue Skies Consortium release their Annual Review for 2010/11

Welcome to the Blue Skies Consortium Annual Review 2010/11. This publication highlights the Consortium’s achievements and the context for our collective development activity for the last financial year. 

Key highlights include:

- Blue Skies Consortium achieved Quartile One performance during the year for homes started and completed                                

- Majority of homes started and completed were for social rent

- Grant was split approximately into thirds between Longhurst Group, NCHA and the rest of the Consortium

- Regionally, 80% of Blue Skies allocation was spent in the East Midlands region, 7% in the Eastern region and 13% in Yorkshire and Humberside.
